Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time and does not include weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

Customs & Delays
We do not have control over customs processes and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, shipping and processing times may take longer than expected.

Delayed Deliveries
In rare cases where there are no tracking updates for an extended period (30–60 business days), we will work with our shipping partners to investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement shipment.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
If you request cancellation within 30 minutes before processing begins, a transaction fee of $20 per order will apply.
Once an order is marked as processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
