Shipping policy

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

 

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

 

Estimated Shipping Time
United States: 3–8 business days after dispatch
(Excludes weekends and public holidays)

 

Please note that total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.

 

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched and become available.

 

Shipping Delays
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or peak seasons.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.

 

Delayed Orders
In rare cases where there are no tracking updates for an extended period (30–60 business days), we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

 

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
If a cancellation request is made within 30 minutes before processing starts, a transaction fee of $20 per order will apply.
